Amanda Shevette

Amanda is an entrepreneur, corporate leader, and small-town girl at heart who is passionate about seeing people, businesses, and communities thrive in a unified effort fueled by purposeful leadership. She incorporated Leading Purpose in 2010 to partner with individual business owners and leaders through coaching, consulting, training, customized workshops and business advisory services.

After a decade of Leading Purpose being a one-person shop, she reimagined what the organization could be and created her vision of Leading Purpose 2.0. In 2021 the firm expanded to include its first employee, and today the organization has grown to include a network of coaches and consultants from across the US and Canada.

What does it mean to lead with purpose?

Leading with purpose means operating with authenticity, passion, and an unrelenting focus on ensuring plans remain true to the core intentions, even when unexpected changes or hardship beckons you to do otherwise. Businesses that lead with purpose take care to ensure their people and their products are operating in alignment with the foundational mission and values of the organization.
