Amanda is an entrepreneur, corporate leader, and small-town girl at heart who is passionate about seeing people, businesses, and communities thrive in a unified effort fueled by purposeful leadership. She incorporated Leading Purpose in 2020 to partner with individual business owners and leaders through coaching, consulting, training, customized workshops and business advisory services.
In 2020, after a decade of Leading Purpose being a one-person shop, she reimagined what the organization could be and created her vision of Leading Purpose 2.0. Today the organization has grown to include a network of coaches and consultants from across the US and Canada.
Meghan Sachetta
Operations Specialist Meghan is the chief wrangler and cat herder who keeps things running smoothly day to day at Leading Purpose. She brings a wealth of knowledge in business administration and marketing. This mom-of-two lives in Boston with her family and is incredibly passionate about her work! She loves serving our clients and takes great joy in seeing them expand success through our coaching programs. Meghan believes in creating an atmosphere where everyone feels included and valued, making her the perfect match for our mission of equipping and empowering businesses and individuals to continuously live and lead with purpose, profitably!
Arij Said
Arij is Software Development Engineer turned Marketing Extraordinaire. With more than three years experience as a marketer & SEO copywriter, Arij brings her passion for specialized digital strategies to Leading Purpose and enables our team of coaches and consultants to connect with businesses and individuals all across the globe through the power of online marketing.solutions. Arij lives in Alexandria, Egypt with her family and amazes us with her ability to work so flexibly (and seemingly around the clock!) to meet the needs of clients across a variety of time zones.
Clark Poole
Clark joined Leading Purpose in January 2022 following ten years of service as Executive Director of Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. With roots that run deep in western North Carolina, he is known across our region as a champion of small businesses and visionary community leader. On any given day, you're apt to see Clark dropping into the shops around Rutherford County to encourage small business owners or, if you're extra lucky, you'll see him courting his bride of 53 years around town.
