Amanda Shevette

Amanda is an entrepreneur, corporate leader, and small-town girl at heart, passionate about helping people, businesses, and communities thrive through purposeful leadership. In 2010, she founded Leading Purpose to partner with business owners and leaders through coaching, consulting, training, workshops, and business advisory services.

After a decade of solo practice, she expanded Leading Purpose in 2021, hiring its first employee. Today, the company has grown into a network of coaches and consultants across the US and Canada.  Coming in the second half of 2026, Leading Purpose will be adding personal retreats for female leaders. 

Amanda's goals and vision for Leading Purpose are grounded in her own life purpose: "to live life transparently, serving as an invitation to greater authenticity and connection with self and others."  This calling informs every role she holds and every season of her work and life, including her most cherished roles:  wife to Greg, mom to Caroline, Luke & Macie, and pet-owner to three precious fur babies.

Arij Saïd is a General Manager with a background in software engineering, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship, which led her into operational leadership grounded in strategic thinking, structure, systems, and client experience excellence.


She joined Leading Purpose to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the consistent delivery of a high-quality client experience. She brings clarity and structure to the organization, helping the team stay aligned and focused on creating meaningful transformation and strong outcomes for our clients.

Jennifer Rojas

Jennifer brings cross-industry experience across SaaS and finance, working closely with growing companies from early-stage startups to established, high-growth businesses.


Her strength lies in coaching teams and leaders through growth, helping them align around clear goals, strengthen how they work together, and navigate the operational and people challenges that come with scaling. 


She has worked alongside talent across software development, sales, marketing, customer success, and client services, supporting both the strategy and the day-to-day execution behind it. more...

BEVERLY ROSEN

As a Life + Leadership Coach Beverly helps professionals and leaders who struggle with managing stress, finding balance, and who are sometimes struggling to get through the day due to the overwhelm life can bring.  Through trauma-informed, mindful, and somatic coaching, Beverly coaches individuals to make the changes needed to achieve their goals and create their dream career and life.
