As a professional coach, I spend my days connecting, often by phone, with some of the most thoughtful and fascinating people I get to work with.

I was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, and grew up influenced by my father, an inventor, which shaped my natural curiosity and love for helping people think in new and creative ways.

I’m drawn to individuals who sense there is more available to them, in their careers, relationships, and overall life. I’m passionate about supporting people through meaningful transitions and change. My background as a junior high teacher, a homeschooling mother of four, and my studies in Bible and Education at Cairn University, along with my work as a Christian counselor, all contribute to the depth of compassion and understanding I bring to my coaching.

I am CoachU certified and bring years of experience in counseling, personal development, and creating supportive pathways for growth and transformation within my faith community.

I value time spent with people exploring their most important questions and challenges. As a conference speaker on parenting, relationships, emotional intelligence, conflict management, and anxiety, I find deep fulfillment in those moments when clarity lands, perspectives shift, and people begin to move forward with courage and intention.
