I was honored to be included by SC Biz News in their 2024 Manufacturing Power List.

I serve on the board of the South Carolina Roundtable, part of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and on the Board of Trustees for the University Center of Greenville. I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Board-Certified Coach (BCC).

My professional development includes certifications in Positive Intelligence, Conversational Intelligence (Enhanced Practitioner), Inspired Leadership, Zen Leadership Practitioner, and Coaching for Managers. I am also a HeartMath® Certified Coach, Trainer, and Stress & Well-Being Assessment Provider.

In addition, I am a Flow Energy Balance Indicator (FEBI®) Certified Coach focused on leadership patterns, a Myers-Briggs (MBTI®) and Leadership Challenge LPI 360® Certified Practitioner, a certified Harrison Assessment provider for hiring and promotions, and certified in Take Flight with DISC, which uses bird archetypes to represent D-I-S-C behavioral styles.

My training also includes Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, as well as advanced credentials in Certified Agile Change Management and Local Change Agent through APMG. I am a Certified Master Project Manager®.

I am a graduate of Leadership South Carolina, Leadership Spartanburg, and the Spartanburg County Foundation’s Grass Roots Leadership Development Institute (GLDI). I also serve as one of three volunteer coaches in South Carolina supporting veterans through Stand Beside Them.

I also received the Rotary International District Service Above Self award.
