A strong drive for learning, growth, challenge, and exploration has shaped my diverse career path. I’ve worked as a classically trained chef, wilderness EMT, river guide, teacher, manager, team builder, small business owner, and coach. This range of experience allows me to connect authentically with people across different industries, roles, and walks of life.

The unconventional path I’ve taken helps me bring creative, practical thinking into my work with clients. I support them in finding their own way forward, balancing professional excellence with personal wellbeing and meaningful relationships, and building a life that feels more aligned, purposeful, and fulfilling.

At the core of my coaching is a deep commitment to connection, growth, and a genuine passion for life. I believe mindset, perspective, and quality of life are deeply interconnected, that personal and professional wellbeing are inseparable, and that positive change in one area naturally creates ripple effects in others.
