Holistic, person-first coaching with a direct and conversational style
A voracious desire for learning, personal growth, challenge, and exploration has been a driving factor across my diverse career background. My expertise as a classically trained chef, wilderness EMT, river guide, teacher, manager, team builder, small business owner, and coach gives me the depth and range to authentically connect with people across industries, organizational hierarchies, and walks-of-life.
The diverse experience I’ve gained on my own unconventional career path helps me bring creative, out-of-the-box thinking to conversations with my own clients. I guide them in finding their own unique path forward, help them to balance professional excellence, personal well being, and meaningful relationships and create a life enriched with greater purpose, passion and fulfillment.
My approach to coaching is deeply infused with my core values for Connection, Growth and Passion for Life. I believe: our mindset, perspectives, and quality of life matter; thriving professionally and personally are inextricably entwined; positive impact ripples out into the world and influences our communities.
