I bring over 25 years of experience in human management, working as an executive, manager, university lecturer, researcher, trainer, and coach.

My work is centered on the strategic role of people within organizations, supporting leaders and teams through change, growth, and transformation. I’ve led and contributed to projects, programs, and initiatives across both public and private sectors, helping organizations strengthen how they operate through their people. 

My background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering and a master’s in Human Resources Administration. I’ve worked across both generalist and specialist HR roles, particularly in the banking sector, and have also taught at higher education institutions. Alongside that, I’ve supported a wide range of organizations as a consultant and coach.

As an ICF-certified coach, I’m trained in applied positive psychology, with a focus on positive organizational behavior, personal strengths, and wellbeing. I also hold the CHRL designation from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) in Ontario, Canada.

I’m naturally curious and committed to continuous learning. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new cultures, trying different foods, and spending time in nature, especially in wide, open spaces that offer a sense of calm and perspective.
