Through active listening, the coaching process provides expanded awareness, uncovering a client's innate wisdom for solutions that facilitate growth, increasing success and fulfillment in life.  Highly skilled and successful professionals benefit from coaching support that provides evidence-based strategies and actionable tools aimed to help leaders gain clarity, reduce stress, and experience more joy through values-centered living.  

The overall objectives and every session agenda is driven by you, the client, as the expert in your life and the keeper of the keys that unlock your fullest potential.  Partnering with you to accomplish your goals is my focus, and my priority in the relationship is to equip you with the tools needed to become your own best coach. To get there, we begin by forging trust and creating space for authenticity and vulnerability.  I support each client with compassion, humor, objectivity, and a nonjudgmental stance, seeing wholeness and creativity while also acknowledging that everyone, including myself, always has room to grow.

The ways in which I partner with clients are informed by scholastic studies as well as extensive business experience. I have designed and led projects in the areas of Accounting and Finance, Manufacturing Operator Training, Business Processes and Solution Architecture, Marketing & Communications, and Strategic Planning, as well as HR (Recruiting, Organizational Development, Policy Design, Comp & Benefits). In addition to a decade spent in leadership at large enterprise manufacturing and distribution operations, I’ve been an integral part of creating success at a variety of service-based start-ups including a regional multi-office law firm, a wireless internet service for rural residential communities, and a design firm focused on digital design.
